Level 1 Certificate of Coaching
Includes 6 days of face to face training, mentor coaching, assignment work, 60 coaching hours, group work, and exam.
The certificate of coaching comprises of;
- Coach Foundation Skills Training; three, two day workshops (6 days in total) over 6 weeks;
- 6 Teleconference Classes of 1.5 hours each
- 2 Group Coaching sessions
- Mentor Coaching; 3 Mentor Coaching sessions;
- Observed Coaching; 3 Observed Coaching sessions;
- Assignments; a minimum of 2 assignments;
- Study Groups; a minimum of 3 attending;
- 60 logged coaching hours.

The Certificate has been designed to meet the professional competencies for coaching identified by the International Coach Federation (ICF). The Certificate of Coaching has 60 hours of coach-specific training, enabling participants to pursue certification as an Associated Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF.
