NLP Trainer Certification Program- IANLP

Prerequisite: Master Practitioner Certification Dynamic Creation or Equivalent                         

The NLP Trainer Certification Program is one of the most unique and valuable experiences available for advanced practitioners of NLP and trainers. The program is focussed around helping individuals explore the multiple levels involved in training as well as becoming a spellbinded trainer/presenter.  

As a trainer you probably are aware of the fact that for your participants to learn effectcively, it is important that your learning matrerial is anchored to personal reference experiences and then guided to specific learning outcomes and results. Therefore basic “rules” of all training is to create and activate patterns or programs within the system of your participant.

The Trainer's Training is an experiential program that addresses both fundamental and advanced skills and strategies for effective training and presentations. The skills to be covered are relevant for all types of trainings and professional presentations.

The purpose of the course is to provide (NLP) trainers with; Dynamic Creation (Perth Australia)

1) a cognitive structure and decision base for how to design and develop effective courses and appropriate support material as well as strategies to support that course and

2) skills and strategies for managing the interactive and relational aspects of the learning context.

NLP Trainer's Training Content

The main emphasis of the program will be on the application of these skills and strategies to facilitate the essential activities of a trainer. Among these are:

1) Design of presentation:

  1. Setting opening and closing frames;
  2. Setting outcomes;
  3. Chunking and sequencing of information and experience;
  4. Balance between information-giving and opportunities for discovery;
  5. Facilitating the generalization of information and skills across context and time;
  6. Methodically planning trainings with respect to different representational systems, varying metaprograms and learning styles of participants;
  7. Visual Memory Strategy.

2) Rapport, pacing and leading from/with groups and individuals on various levels and with a variety of methods;

  1. Creating moment to moment state control in your audience
  2. Controlling energy in the room
  3. Making future subjects easy to teach using pre-teaching
  4. Understanding learning styles and training styles
  5. Responsiveness & Involvement
  6. Group Dynamics

3) Creating accelerated learning;

  1. Teaching to the conscious/unconscious mind simultaneously;
  2. Behaviorally demonstrating content as you teach it
  3. Hypnotic Language

4) Design of exercises:

  1. Specifying outcomes of exercises;
  2. Overt and covert learning, including previously learned material;
  3. Separation of perception and evaluation of group processes;
  4. Giving specific sensory grounded feedback, by way of questions that focus appropriate search and selfexploration by individuals;
  5. Demonstration, or, if necessary, overtly directing individuals what to do;
  6. Explanation of exercises, including the ability to explain and exercise behaviorally without the use of notes or printed aids;
  7. Future pace of learning results;

5) Use of visual presentation aids

6) Use of deep and shallow metaphors for process instructions and preframing;

  1. Using nested loops and multiple embedded metaphors

7) Utilization of multilevel feedback;

  1. Ongoing re-evaluation and incorporation of overt and covert information from individuals and group;
  2. Giving effective feedback

8) Planning of appropriate interventions with individuals and groups, execute interventions both pro- and reactively.

9) Ability to utilize criticism, difficult behavior, disturbances and rejection by group members.

  1. Handling and utilizing objections and hecklers

10) Ability to use outcome oriented, covert communication skills.

11) "Tasking";

  1. Creating tasks that presuppose that a person can behave  differently in a way that expands his/her model of the world;

12) Ability to answer questions (including discerning level and intent of questions and generating level-appropriate responses).

13) Ability to do demonstrations.

  1. Demonstrations and demo subjects

14) Design of effective assessment instruments and activities and the skills and strategies necessary for managing the assessment process:

  1. Defining clear goals and objectives for the assessment process
  2. Determining the relevant skills to be assessed in relation to learning tasks
  3. Designing effective assessment materials and activities
  4. Accounting for and manage different learning styles at assessment
  5. Dealing with beliefs, expectations and resistances relating to assessment

  1. Effective stage anchoring
  2. Expanding vocal flexibility

Integration & Assessment

Practical testing for NLP-Trainer

There is a 2 day practical testing period at the end of NLP-Trainer training.

The practical testing enables participants to demonstrate their personal integration of NLP-Trainer skills into their personal fields of presentation.

The successful completion of this course qualifies NLP trainers to participate in the assessment. Upon passing the assessment, participants are listed on DC's Graduate Network

Training Format

An 18 day program, this training is taught in four modules plus a 2 day integration module;

• The program has a total of 140 contact hours

Your International Certification as a Trainer of NLP will be awarded by Dynamic Creation™ and the International Dynamic Creation (Perth Australia)Association of NLP. We are accredited through the standards (minimum duration, content and assessment) set by the International Association of NLP.
